Most clients work with us on a monthly support retainer. Engagements typically range from $1,650–$7,500 per month, depending on infrastructure complexity and responsiveness needs. As a reference point, many clients choose a plan around $3,000/month, which includes approximately 20 hours of expert support across system administration and maintenance, complex troubleshooting and resolution, strategic enhancements and features, and executive advisory services.
One-off or project work is available at an hourly rate, generally in the $150–$200/hr range.
Straightforward scope and defined value: what we commit to on paper is exactly what you see on the invoice. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance; project work is invoiced monthly in arrears for actual hours delivered; standard payment terms are net 30. Track hours consumed, remaining balance, and contract status in real time through the client portal. Retainer rates are reviewed annually at renewal, and rate adjustments require a minimum of 60 days' notice — zero mid-term variance.
